SMS consent notice
This page documents every way customers give Round Hill Consulting permission to send text messages.
Consumer-initiated text messages
Customers may initiate a conversation by texting +1 (818) 927-6334, a number published on this website. The customer’s inbound message gives Round Hill Entertainment permission to respond to that inquiry and its related conversation. It does not enroll the customer in unrelated promotional or recurring messages.
To expressly subscribe to recurring informational messages concerning an active inquiry or project, a customer texts START to +1 (818) 927-6334.
Verbal consent
During a telephone conversation, an authorized Round Hill Consulting representative reads:
“Would you like to receive text messages from Round Hill Consulting concerning your inquiry, estimates, scheduling, project updates, and other requested service communications? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
The customer must clearly answer yes before being enrolled. Round Hill Entertainment retains the customer’s telephone number, date, time, and method of consent.
Confirmation
After an express verbal or START opt-in, the customer receives:
“Round Hill Consulting: You’re subscribed to customer communications about your inquiry or project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.”

Opt out and help

Mobile information, including telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent, will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
