SMS terms and conditions
These terms apply to the first-party customer communications program operated by Round Hill Entertainment LLC d/b/a Round Hill Consulting (“Round Hill Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program description
The program provides responses to customer inquiries, estimate coordination, scheduling information, project updates, and other service-related communications requested by the customer.
Round Hill Consulting does not use this program for third-party lead generation, affiliate marketing, purchased contact lists, transferred consent, or unsolicited promotional messages.
Consent
Customers may consent by initiating a text conversation with Round Hill Consulting at +1 (818) 927-6334, by clearly agreeing during a telephone conversation to receive messages concerning their inquiry or project, or by texting START to +1 (818) 927-6334 to subscribe to recurring informational messages concerning an active inquiry or project.
An inbound text authorizes Round Hill Consulting to respond to that inquiry and its related conversation. It does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.
Consent applies only to messages sent directly by Round Hill Consulting. Consent is not transferred to another business and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Round Hill Entertainment may send one final message confirming the opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless the customer subsequently opts in again.

Mobile information
Mobile information, including telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent, will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We use service providers solely to transmit and operate the requested messaging service. They may process mobile information only on our instructions to provide that service and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability and circumstances outside Round Hill Entertainment’s control.
